La cocina de Silvia

We just spent 19 nights in Cozumel and will have many fond memories of our breakfasts and chats at La Cocina De Silvia. Great food, friendly cat named Covi, and wonderful staff. A Symphony of Breakfast at Silvia’s At Silvia’s table, the morning begins, Where the symphony of breakfast eternally spins. Dennis and Silvia, maestros supreme, Weave flavors together like a dream. In the heart of Cozumel’s warm embrace, This cozy haven finds its place. The griddle sings, the coffee flows, Each bite a story, each sip bestows. Dennis, the conductor, with calm, steady hand, Guides the orchestra of flavors so grand. While Silvia, the artist, with wisdom and care, Creates dishes that dance on the morning air. Food is good, service is excellent, prices are totally reasonable. It's a cute place in the middle of a neighborhood. Went twice and was happy each time. Thank you!

Amazing little find for a relaxed breakfast - the staff are lovely and the food is incredible! Freshly made, and wonderfully flavoured Our big regret is that they’re closed on Saturdays so we couldn’t visit again on our trip! Next time for sure

This place is amazing. The food is plentiful, excellent, and cheap. A combination that is hard to find these days. The service is friendly and it has a distinct local flare while maintaining high standards. I eat here every time I stay in the Corpus Christi area.

Interesting mix of add of for omelets. The fruit was delicious as well as the Jugo Verde. My waffle was a bit too hard and was clearly a frozen waffle that was toasted. The bacon was amazing.

Breakfast is amazing with generous portions. I had pineapple juice with sweet bread and a bowl of fresh fruit. Then eggs over easy was perfect with crispy bacon and old fashion mash potatoes. Photos

I can’t say enough about this place. I look forward to this breakfast every trip. I don’t get the traditional breakfast though. I like to live on the wild side and enjoy enchiladas, enfrijoladas, or chilaquiles for breakfast when I come here. Nothing tastes better!!! The whole experience is tranquil and savory. Is that a thing??? I don’t know but I feel so at peace here. My tastebuds are in heaven. If you’re lucky enough, try the agua de limon con menta (lemonade with mint). Looks scary but tastes perfectly refreshing.
